Lisa Renee’ Coleman (MAC), is a licensed minister, life strategist, motivational speaker, Holistic Wellness Coach and educator with well over a decade of experience. A highly committed servant leader since her youth, she is gifted to transcend racial, cultural, religious, and professional barriers.

She volunteered for The Park Church–Community Development Corporation in Charlotte, NC, where she lead in their Healthy Living initiative. In an effort to support Charlotte residents during COVID-19, Lisa created and facilitated Mecklenburg County’s 1st Cooking Matters® webinar.

She is a proud member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and is being mentored by , The Nat’l Organization of Blacks In Dietetics & Nutrition (NOBIDAN). Under NOBIDAN’S leadership, Miss Lisa assisted in the joint initiative with the National Baptist Convention USA entitled “Eat Well, Live Well, Be Well” (<FENCE 2022 link). This strategic partnership is aimed at reducing health disparities in African-American communities.

Her focus of study and research are primarily in these Dietetic Practice Groups: Weight Management, Behavioral Health Nutrition & Dietitians in Integrative & Functional Medicine.

She is a Registered Yoga Instructor with a focus on Meditation, Mindfulness and the Ayruvedic philosophy that believes food is medicine and medicine is food.

She has earned an Associate Of Science degree with a Major in Dietetics & Nutrition from Barton College, where she graduated with a 3.7 GPA. Her goal is to complete a Masters program to become a Registered Dietitian.

Ms. Coleman’s current profession is as a Financial Analyst for a Fortune 500 company.

Lisa is a detailed–oriented, Certified Grant Writer with superb organizational, research, and communication skills.
