Lisa Renee’ Coleman (MAC) created Breath Of Life Wellness & Yoga and Invictus Wellness Coaching to impact all of Mecklenburg County residents but primarily disenfranchised communities and BIPOC. One dimension of Lisa’s purpose is to encourage everyone but especially people of color that it is possible to have a wholesome, progressive, and successful lifestyle. Breath of Life, as well as, Invictus was designed to combat the systematic racism that causes people of color to think and then possess less for themselves. She believes the shortest distance between a life set on “default” and a life full of Divine Purpose is the harmony between the spirit, soul and the body. Strong Spirit brings a Peaceful Soul brings a Healthy Body…. Lisa resides in North Carolina with her pet cat, Gotham.

Anna was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is filled with gratitude for her life’s journey because “the path” has made her the woman she is today. Anna strives for peace through positive spirituality and resourcefulness. Her passion is to be of assistance to others by inspiring better health and wealth in all aspects of life. Anna is currently studying for her Bachelors then ,go on to her Masters degree in Nursing. Having faith, being transparent and continually becoming a better person are her major life goals. Anna lives in South Carolina with her four humorous and clever children.

Barbara Dugan, MDiv MLADC –
Mental Well- Being Expert Advisor
Barbara graduated with a master’s degree from Yale University in 1988 and has been specializing as a substance abuse clinician since 1991. She received clinical training at Yale-New Haven Hospital in various capacities, including as a hospital chaplain. She later took positions at The Yale Psychiatric Institute and the Department of Psychiatry at Yale Medical School in the area of addiction treatment and research. Over the course of her career, Barbara has worked collaboratively to develop models for outpatient and hospital-based intensive outpatient programs. She has been in private practice since 2001. Barbara is a devoted yogi and outdoor enthusiast. She believes true wellness and healing require focus on the body and the breath. Barbara is the mother of a 24 year old daughter, Emma. She lives with her husband in New Hampshire.

Rhoshaunda Anderson – Treasurer
Rhoshaunda is 34 years old and was born in Carbondale Illinois. She is the baby of 10 children. When she was 8, her family relocated to South Carolina. She went through some turbulent teens years but was able to “course correct” by enrolling in Whitney M. Young Job Corp where she obtain a trade and her G.E.D. at 16.Rhoshaunda went on from there to the W. I. A. Program and, at 18, received a C. N. A. License .Her educational journey continued at Midlands Tech where she obtained an Associates degree in Paralegal Studies. She is currently on a weight loss journey, has lost 40 lbs and strives to keep her mind, body and soul healthy and happy. Rhoshaunda owns 2 Businesses, loves cooking, shopping , traveling and helping people with their journey. She lives in South Carolina with her 3 children , who are her “world”.
